Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate with a background in Urban Planning to support proposal preparation, market research, client coordination, and government liaison. This position bridges technical expertise with business growth, ideal for professionals aiming to expand their impact in both domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project reports, feasibility studies, and planning documents

Draft EOIs, RFPs, and tailored proposals for urban and infrastructure projects

Manage the complete tendering process and documentation

Coordinate with government departments and planning authorities

Build and sustain client relationships across sectors

Research planning trends, policies, and new opportunities

Support budgeting, cost estimates, and contract development

Collaborate with planning, GIS, and project teams for smooth delivery

Requirements

Education: B.Plan / M.Plan (Urban/Regional Planning), or Architecture/Urban Design with relevant experience

Experience: 2-5 years in urban planning, consultancy, or business development

Skills:

Strong writing and communication skills

Knowledge of urban planning principles and regulatory frameworks

Familiarity with government tendering platforms and processes

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or GIS is a plus
