Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Edwin Academy. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our educational programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase student enrollments and partnerships.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Promote Edwin Academy's courses, programs, and training services through meetings, presentations, and events.nderstand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus.
