Your Role
This is really a Business development profile , where results may take some time to show up. We need a profile that can be patient and trust the process and not look for immediate results.
The profile is also of an explorer who can build lasting relationships with customers to understand their processes their states, implied and un stated needs and communicate well internally to draw support
Technical inclination with genuine interest in learning customer process and needs.
40% be in several customer meetings , events and sites to get a 360 degree understanding of customer process, road maps and competition status
Supporting product marketing and PC teams to understand trends and guide product roadmaps
20% Digital presence including defining digital strategy, making blogs , promoting new content on websites etc
40% Sales teams training, Closing sales with correct techno commercial quotes , supporting application team prioritise well and bringing orders
You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from the lead generation/RFQ phase to the closure of the contract
Define the appropriate strategy to develop the Oil & Gas business for OFA India.
