The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth for Sunbest Solar's products and services. The role involves market research, lead generation, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and emerging trends.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting sheets.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
, preferably in
solar, electrical, or infrastructure industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of solar products, project processes, and industry regulations is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites.
