1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through online research, job portals, databases, and social media platforms.
Generate new leads and maintain a healthy pipeline for business growth.
Cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Understand client requirements and present suitable services/solutions.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Handle client queries effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Negotiation
Pitch company services and conduct online presentations/meetings with prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements under company guidelines.
Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Coordination & Follow-Up
Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and support teams to deliver client requirements.
Follow up with clients for closures, agreements, and payments.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure repeat business.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of leads, calls, meetings, and business opportunities in CRM/software.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on business development activities.
Share feedback and market insights with the management team.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Positive attitude with target-driven approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development / inside sales (overseas recruitment consultancy or service industry experience preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
