Knee Xpert (Sahaj Regenerative Cell Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd.) is a fast-growing healthcare platform specializing in advanced orthopedic and regenerative treatment solutions. We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs) to strengthen our hospital and doctor network across multiple cities in India.

Responsibilities:

Hospital onboarding and coordination as per company guidelines
Onboarding orthopedic surgeons and building long-term professional relationships
Patient counselling using leads provided by the company
Regular hospital and doctor visits within the assigned territory
Updating hospital and doctor visit details on the Knee Expert mobile app
Submitting daily activity reports via email
Participating in daily morning huddle calls
What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or medical devices
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals and doctors
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Basic proficiency in mobile applications and email reporting
Compensation will be offered based on experience, last drawn salary, and city category. For Tier 1 cities, the salary range is ?35,000 - ?45,000 per month, while for Tier 2 cities, it is ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month. Performance-based incentives will be applicable.
