Responsibilities
Market & Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and gaps in the IT sector.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and build trust.
Sales Strategy & Pitching:
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively prospect for new clients through cold outreach (calls, emails), networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Cycle Management:
Guide prospects through the sales funnel, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how the company's IT solutions can address them.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze key business metrics, such as lead conversion and pipeline growth, to track progress against goals.
