About the role
We're looking for energetic Business Development Associates to promote and sell our software services (CRM, billing, automations) to businesses across India. This role combines lead generation, customer communication and closing deals. Training and demo support will be provided.
Key responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads via phone, email and social platforms.
Explain product features and benefits to potential clients.
Conduct online demos (templates & training provided).
Follow up persistently and close sales.
Maintain records of leads and sales in a simple tracker.
Coordinate with the operations team for handover after sale.
Requirements
Good spoken and written communication (English / Telugu).
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets).
Self-motivated, target-oriented and reliable.
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.
Own smartphone/laptop and stable internet connection.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed base stipend: ₹8,000 - ?15,000 per month.
