Role Summary



Maxbros Ventures India Ltd is seeking a

Business Development & Sales cum Marketing professional

with proven experience in the

BESS domain

to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion across industrial, telecom, renewable, and utility segments.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop

new business opportunities

for BESS( Stationary , C&I , Utility) ESS containers, Li-ion/LFP battery systems, PCS, EMS, and related solutions. Manage

end-to-end sales cycle

: lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with

EPCs, OEMs, utilities, telecom operators, renewable developers, and C&I customers

. Work closely with

engineering & project teams

for solution design, costing, and technical clarifications. Conduct

market research

, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy for BESS solutions. Support

marketing activities

: presentations, product brochures, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer demos. Achieve

sales targets

, revenue growth, and margin objectives. Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and MIS reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Power)

or MBA (Marketing preferred).

4 + years of experience

in

BESS / Energy Storage / Renewable / Power Equipment sales

. Strong understanding of

Li-ion/LFP batteries, BESS architecture, PCS, EMS, inverters, and grid/telecom applications

. Excellent

techno-commercial negotiation

and customer presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel as required. Proficiency in

MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools

.

Preferred Experience



Experience with telecom 48V DC battery systems, C&I storage, solar + storage, or EV infrastructure. Exposure to

tendering, EPC projects, and utility-scale BESS

. Existing network with

EPCs, DISCOMs, telecom operators, or renewable developers

.
