About the Role
We're seeking a
Business Development Intern
who is passionate about technology, AI, and digital innovation.
You'll learn lead generation to client pitching in the entire business development cycle. And grow into a
Business Development Manager
within 6 months based on your performance.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in
selling AI and digital transformation services
while working directly with the founder and tech team.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients and industries for AI and digital transformation.
Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
Join client meetings and demo sessions to understand pain points.
Communicate effectively about AI, automation, and web development solutions.
Collaborate with marketing to generate inbound and outbound leads.
Track progress and maintain CRM data for ongoing deals.
Meet monthly lead generation and conversion goals.

Internship Duration:
6 Months
Performance review at 3 and 6 months.
On successful completion, offered a
full-time Business Development Manager
position with salary + commission structure.
