1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Identify potential schools, colleges, and institutions for robotics/STEM programs.
Generate leads through calls, visits, emails, and networking.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
2. Client Meetings & Presentations
Visit schools and conduct product demos, robotics kit demonstrations, and program presentations.
Explain company offerings such as lab setups, STEM classes, workshops, and internships.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
Drive admissions, project orders, and lab setup sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers like principals, management, and coordinators.
4. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and partners.
Provide continuous support and follow-up after onboarding.
Handle any concerns raised by clients professionally.
5. Market Research & Reporting
Track competitor products and market trends in robotics/STEM education.
Prepare weekly reports on visits, leads, conversions, and revenue updates.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations, trainers, and management to ensure smooth implementation of programs in schools.
Coordinate for demos, events, workshops, and training schedules.
7. Branding & Promotion Activities
Actively participate in school events, exhibitions, tech fairs, and workshops to promote the brand.
Support marketing campaigns and social media outreach when required.
8. Professional Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills (must).
Confidence to speak with school authorities and decision-makers.
Basic understanding of robotics/technology (training will be provided).
Ability to travel for field visits.
