Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-driven sales professional to lead and grow our exclusive Adobe and Bluebeam so ware business in the eastern region of India. The role demands frequent travel across three key states -- WB, Odisha, and Assam -- to engage clients, pitch solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:


Drive sales of Adobe & Bluebeam solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.


Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.


Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution consultations.


Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.


Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and solution delivery.


Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.


Travel extensively across the three assigned states.

Requirements:


Graduate in B.Sc. or B. Com.


5+ years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT/software domain.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Local candidates preferred.


Exposure to Adobe or Bluebeam or similar design/documentation tools is a strong plus.


Strong sales mentality - aggressive, self-driven, and target-focused.
