Business Development - Project Sales - Laminate Industry Location: Mumbai - Kurla LocationExperience: 1-5 years As a Sales Executive at Merino Industries, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth in the laminate and plywood industry. This role requires significant fieldwork, where you will actively meet with architects, contractors, and interior designers to promote our products and secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base and market share within the laminate industry.- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals through field visits and meetings.- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective promotional campaigns.- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management based on industry analysis.- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving consistent business growth.- Perform regular fieldwork to market Merino products to architects and interior designers, promoting product specification and influencing key decision-makers for project conversions.
