We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business
Executive
who will focus on generating new clients, fixing meetings, driving conversions, and building long-term business relationships. This is a field-oriented role, ideal for candidates with prior agency experience or exposure to healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities in targeted industries.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present Pixel Studios' offerings.
Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation ? proposal presentation ? negotiation ? conversion.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to meetings fixed, proposals shared, and client conversions.
Preferred Background:
2-4 years of experience in client acquisition/marketing/business development (digital agency experience preferred).
Exposure to working with clients in
healthcare
and/or
manufacturing/education
domains is a strong plus.
Proven track record of lead generation and successful conversions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in the field with strong self-motivation.
