find REAL, PAID business opportunities
for:
3D Simulations
AR / VR / XR Learning Content
Training Simulations (Safety, Industrial, Medical, STEM)
Virtual Labs & Immersive Education
This role is:
Research-heavy
Strategy-oriented
Founder-aligned
This role is NOT:
Cold calling
Sales target chasing
Design / coding work
Your job is to
identify who NEEDS XR development

Daily research on
LinkedIn & public platforms
to identify:
Companies saying:

"Launching VR training"

"Hiring XR team" (outsourcing signal)
EdTech & enterprise companies:
Rolling out VR/AR learning
Experimenting with virtual labs
Upgrading training programs
You will
separate real buyers from noise

2. Multi-Platform Market Scanning
You will actively scan and monitor:
LinkedIn
Posts, comments, hiring signals
Company announcements
Freelance Platforms
Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal (public listings only)
Startup Ecosystem
Wellfound (AngelList)
YC / funded startups
Company Sources
Blogs, press releases
Product launch pages
XR / EdTech Communities
3. Lead Qualification & Intelligence Mapping
For
every valid opportunity
