Key Responsibilities




Drive

lead generation and client acquisition

specifically for the US market through outbound prospecting, networking, and digital channels. Identify and qualify potential clients in technology, consulting, and B2B service sectors. Build and maintain a

strong sales pipeline

aligned with company objectives. Conduct

market research

to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Present Parker//'s value proposition, capabilities, and tailored solutions to prospective clients. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless transition from acquisition to project execution. Meet and exceed

weekly/monthly targets

for lead generation, client meetings, and business closures. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Requirements




4-8 years of proven experience in

business development / lead generation / client acquisition

in the US market. Strong understanding of

B2B consulting, technology services, or IT solutions

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a US client-facing approach. * Ability to work in

US shift timings

(5:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
