Key Responsibilities
Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Write clear, customized, and professional proposals to increase conversion rates.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to create attractive project pitches.
Follow up with clients, maintain communication, and help close leads.
Maintain records of bids, leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Work towards monthly targets to achieve business goals.
Required Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT services / digital marketing / web development (training will be provided).
Ability to research, analyze, and find the right projects.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Familiarity with Upwork or other bidding portals (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
