Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Business Development Consultant
to lead
client acquisition and revenue growth
in recruitment and manpower augmentation services. The role involves engaging with
HR Heads, Business Leaders, and Finance Leaders
across industries to build long-term, strategic business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and connect with potential clients across industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Present
recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and workforce models
to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate reporting on leads, pipelines, and conversions.
Travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
Key Requirements
5-10 years of experience in
business development, recruitment, staffing, or HR outsourcing
.
Deep understanding of recruitment and workforce models.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings.
Established
corporate client network
will be an added advantage.
