Infrastructure / EPC / Water / Roads / Urban Infrastructure
Role Objective
To support the organization's growth by identifying business opportunities, managing tender-related activities, and building strong client relationships within assigned regions or states.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track upcoming business opportunities and tenders from government departments, authorities, and consultants within designated regions/states.
Regularly monitor e-tendering portals, departmental websites, and other reliable sources for new tenders and project leads.
Prepare concise
tender summaries and pre-qualification notes
for internal Bid / No-Bid decision-making.
Coordinate internally to compile information required for
pre-bid queries
and assist in timely submission.
Attend
pre-bid meetings
, record clarifications, and circulate key points internally.
Maintain continuous follow-up with clients, departments, and consultants regarding upcoming projects and tender timelines.
Build and maintain
strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
to improve business visibility and opportunity flow.
Assist in
JV / consortium coordination
by sharing basic project requirements and collecting standard credentials, where applicable.
Maintain an updated
BD tracker
, including leads, tenders, pre-bid status, and submission timelines.
Prepare periodic
Business Development reports
and updates for management review.
Coordinate during technical and financial bid openings and support post-submission follow-ups until award stage.
Travel Requirement
Required to
travel extensively
within assigned areas/states for client meetings, departmental visits, and pre-bid meetings.

Fluent in English communication

Comfortable in professional discussions, meetings, and formal correspondence
Educational Qualification
Engineering background preferred
(Civil / Mechanical / Environmental or related disciplines)
Experience Profile
Around
5 years of relevant experience
in Business Development / Tendering within infrastructure, EPC, or government projects
Exposure to sectors such as
Water, Wastewater, Highways, Irrigation, Solar Infrastructure or similar public projects
will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
