We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the FinTech sector. The candidate should have strong experience in sales, client acquisition, and partnerships and must be open to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FinTech domain
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and channel partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, NBFCs, banks, DSAs, and partners
Pitch FinTech products and services and close deals
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates
Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (FinTech, BFSI, NBFC preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred:
Experience with FinTech products such as lending, payments, or digital financial services
Corporate or institutional sales exposure
