-Business Development Manager- Real Estate Sales



Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Real Estate Sales BDM

who is highly focused on

closing deals

. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, in-depth market understanding, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive property sales by converting leads into

successful closures

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure conversions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and documentation. Maintain sales reports, track performance, and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

real estate sales

or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Good understanding of residential/commercial real estate markets. Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused. Comfortable conducting site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:



5-7 years of experience in real estate sales Existing client network (added advantage) Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
