Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
Business Development professional
with a strong background in
gaming or IT sales
. The ideal candidate will manage the
entire sales cycle
-- from lead generation to client acquisition and account management. This is a
client-facing role
, requiring
excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
to engage with domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new
business leads
through online platforms, networking, and outreach.
Manage
end-to-end sales
, including pitching services, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with
gaming clients
(India & abroad).
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (not mandatory)
2+ years of experience
in
Business Development / Sales
within the
Gaming or IT industry
(mandatory).
Proven track record of handling
end-to-end sales cycles
-- from lead generation to deal closure (mandatory).
Exceptional
English communication skills
(spoken and written) -- must be confident in international client interactions (mandatory).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in exploring new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
