Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the IT sector. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations:

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT solutions.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.

Lead Management:

Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with B2B sales and long sales cycles. Familiarity with the latest IT trends and technologies. Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., , healthcare) is a plus.

Immediate joiners are preferred Available for full-time in-office. 5 days working (Mon-Fri), 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
