Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities in and around Dehradun and beyond.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales & Relationship Management:
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos to close deals.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to meet sales goals.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support sales and client onboarding.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Track progress through CRM systems and provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline health.
Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and processes.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
