Business Development Associates (BDA)
. This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about
sales, marketing, and career growth
. You will begin as a
BDA Intern
for 3 months, and based on your performance, you will be offered a
full-time BDA role with a competitive CTC of 4-6 LPA
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the team.
