Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand business development strategies to drive client acquisition and business growth
Assist in lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer requirements
Support in planning, execution, and performance tracking of various business development initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve business goals
Develop strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills through structured training and practical exposure
