Lead Generation: Assisting in identifying potential clients through online research, networking, and referrals 2. Cold Calling and Email Outreach: Initiating contact with prospective clients to introduce our recruitment services and set up introductory meetings 3. Client Interaction Support: Supporting senior team members in client meetings, taking notes, and learning about client needs and requirements 4. Market Research: Conducting basic research on industries and companies to identify hiring needs and opportunities 5. Adaptation and Learning: Quickly adapting to new processes, tools, and industry knowledge to contribute effectively to business development efforts Qualifications 1. Graduation 2.
