The Business Development Trainee will support the institution's expansion by assisting with marketing initiatives, academic coordination, and centre-level operations. This internship provides practical exposure to business development, field marketing, student engagement, and operational processes within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Study Material & Resource Coordination
Support timely distribution of study materials to centres and students.
Track inventory, stock movement, and distribution logs accurately.
Coordinate closely with the operations/logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
2. Faculty & Academic Support
Assist faculty with scheduling, session planning, and classroom requirements.
Communicate academic needs and updates to management.
Ensure effective coordination between faculty and centre teams.
3. Direct & Field Marketing
Participate in field marketing campaigns to promote institutional programs.
Conduct door-to-door outreach, visit schools/colleges, and interact with parents and students.
Assist in executing local events, workshops, and branding activities.
4. Lead Generation & Student Interaction
Collect inquiries through field activities, events, and outreach.
Share leads with the admissions team and support timely follow-ups.
Provide basic counselling and guidance to walk-in students.
5. Market Intelligence
Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and student needs.
Compile and share reports to assist strategic planning.
6. Administrative & Reporting Support
Maintain daily work reports and documentation.
Support centre teams with routine operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or final-year student pursuing MBA/BBA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in marketing, sales, and education operations.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Energetic, organized, and eager to learn.
