Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team in our MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) division. The candidate will support day-to-day sales, marketing, customer coordination, and documentation activities while learning the processes involved in aviation component MRO operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Business Development team in identifying new customer opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic commercial documents. Coordinate with internal departments (Stores, Planning, Production, Quality, and Logistics) for timely updates and customer communication. Maintain customer data, enquiry logs, follow-up sheets, and basic MIS reports. Help in drafting emails, updates, and marketing content under supervision. Assist in monitoring job status, TAT, and delivery schedules for customer units. Support customer visits, audits, and presentations as required. Learn and understand basic MRO processes, capability lists, and service offerings. Perform other sales or administrative tasks assigned as part of on-the-job training.

Requirements

Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, or equivalent). 0 years experience -

Strictly for freshers

. Good communication skills and willingness to learn technical processes. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work in a structured aviation environment. Interest in sales, customer coordination, and business development.
