Business Development Executive / Sales Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation



Identify and generate new business opportunities through

cold calling, outbound calling, emails, and follow-ups

Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and present company products/services effectively Convert prospects into customers while maintaining strong conversion rates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures using

CRM tools


Customer Communication & Mail Handling



Handle

professional email communication

with prospects and clients Draft, send, and follow up on sales emails, proposals, and quotations Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner Maintain proper email documentation and communication history

Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients Address customer queries, objections, and concerns efficiently Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups

Target & Performance Management



Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Track personal sales performance and continuously improve results For Sales Lead role: Monitor team performance and guide team members Support the team in closing deals and managing key accounts

Team Leadership (For Sales Lead Role)



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team Assign and manage leads effectively Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance discussions

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare and submit regular sales reports using CRM and internal tools Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth sales execution Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights with management

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in

sales, cold calling, and lead generation

Hands-on experience with

CRM tools

(lead management, tracking, reporting) Strong

email handling and professional mail communication

skills Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

Negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities Leadership and team-handling skills (mandatory for Sales Lead role) Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Preferred Skills



Experience with popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) Familiarity with email tools and automation systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
