Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Fresher to support our sales and growth initiatives in the digital marketing domain. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, proposal coordination, and learning end-to-end business development for digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and online platforms

Understand client requirements related to digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web, Content, etc.)

Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and pricing coordination

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets

Support senior BD managers in closing deals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Attend client calls and meetings (with guidance)

Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMO, PPC, Ads, etc.)

Willingness to learn sales and marketing processes

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field

MBA (Marketing) or Digital Marketing certification is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
