Serving as the primary liaison for existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Market Growth & Research:
Continuously analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to identify untapped market segments and future business opportunities.
Revenue Expansion (Upselling/Cross-selling):
Identifying opportunities to expand existing client contracts by offering additional products or services that align with their evolving needs.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:
Overseeing the process from initial cold contact through proposal development and contract negotiation to final deal closure.
Relationship Architecture:
Building and nurturing professional networks at the C-suite level to secure high-value enterprise accounts.
Financial Operations:
Oversee day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, vendor/employee payments, and payroll.
Bookkeeping:
Ensure accurate recording of daily transactions (sales, expenses, invoices) and maintain fiscal records.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Compliance & Audits:
Manage statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF), handle tax assessments, and assist with internal/external audits.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support management decisions and financial strategy.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff, fostering productivity and adherence to policies.
