Job Description

Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase patient referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, insurance providers, and healthcare partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in healthcare services. Organize and participate in health camps, corporate tie-ups, medical awareness programs, and community outreach activities. Coordinate with internal departments (clinical, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to patient footfall, revenue, and partnerships. Prepare regular reports on business performance, client feedback, and market trends. Represent the hospital at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
