Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for SaaS/IT products.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM and generate regular reports.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and expectations.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements to align product capabilities with client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions and create customized implementation plans.
Prepare functional documents, requirement specs (BRD/FRD), and user flows.
Support in pre-sales activities by preparing scope documents and solution briefs.
Serve as a point of contact during the onboarding and implementation phase.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage renewals and upsells.
Act as a feedback loop between the client and product teams to improve offerings.
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of experience in
business development, business analysis, or pre-sales
in SaaS/IT/software services.
Proven track record in
B2B software sales
or technical solution selling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), documentation tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
