Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients including hospital promoters, doctors, healthcare investors, and medical institutions. Generate leads through market research, networking, events, and digital platforms.
Client Engagement:
Initiate and maintain relationships with decision-makers, promote consulting services, and understand client needs to offer customized solutions.
Proposal & Pitch Development:
Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, project quotations, and service presentations in coordination with internal teams.
Sales & Revenue Targets:
Drive sales conversions to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track conversions on CRM tools.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
Coordinate with design, operations, HR, and project teams to ensure timely response to client inquiries and seamless project onboarding.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare infrastructure developments. Provide strategic input to service positioning and market expansion.
Brand Building & Promotion:
Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and online platforms to enhance visibility and credibility.
