About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Telecaller with a basic understanding of business and a strong interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Prior experience is preferred, but freshers with foundational business knowledge and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

This role is ideal for candidates who can understand client needs, confidently communicate value, and grow into a strong business development professional.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Communicate company services clearly to potential clients Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads Build and maintain client relationships Follow up with prospects and support conversion activities Maintain accurate call records and follow-up reports
Preferred Skills & Requirements

Basic business knowledge (sales process, client handling, services understanding) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers Interest in sales and marketing Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions Basic computer proficiency Immediate joiners preferred
Experience
