We are looking for

polite and confident female telecallers

to handle

B2B Software

Partner Association Calls

for our District Partner Program. You will be the

first point of contact

for business owners, explain the partnership opportunity, share details, and be responsible for closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads for potential partners via online platforms, referrals, and targeted calling. Handle initial discussions, explain the Partner Program structure, and conduct onboarding presentations. Maintain strong relationships with onboarded partners and assist them in driving regional software sales. Guide partners on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of partner activities, leads, status reports, and performance metrics. Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails with interested partners. Coordinate with internal teams for marketing support, partner training, and software updates. Conduct weekly video meetings or calls with active partners to track progress.

Important Notes:

This is a fixed salary + performance-based role. Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month Commission: ₹10,000 on every partner association Growth: Your performance directly impacts your incentives and salary revision Consistent results may lead to higher fixed pay and additional perks over time
