Business Development & Support Associate

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Wayvida's platform.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform benefits to potential clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Provide ongoing customer support and ensure a positive user experience.
Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
Maintain client records, sales data, and reports using CRM tools.
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates only

Trivandrum
preferred).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in business development, sales, or customer support.
Excellent communication skills in
English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Experience in
EdTech
industries will be an added advantage.
Freshers with B.Tech/BCA/ Diploma in Computer can apply
