Job description:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of student counsellors.
Create individual and team development plans, focusing on performance improvement, communication skills, and domain knowledge.
Set performance targets and monitor team such as conversion rates, call quality, and student satisfaction.
Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions for the team.
Personally handle high-priority leads or escalated student cases.
Track and analyse counselling metrics to derive insights and improve overall performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
