LOCATION - ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD

SHIFT TIME - 5 PM - 10 PM (WFO) rest hours WFH

Business Development & Sales

Develop and execute BD strategies to acquire new clients in CPA, accounting, tax, audit, and KPO services

Identify and qualify leads through multiple channels (cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, digital campaigns)

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, Controllers, CPAs, Firm Partners)

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and lead generation initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of CPA firm services / KPO outsourcing models

Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales and revenue growth

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Leadership and people management experience

Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZohoCRM, etc.)

Preferred Skills

Exposure to the US, UK, Australia, or Canada accounting markets

Knowledge of outsourcing, offshoring, and managed services

Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, or audit support services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
