Set daily/weekly targets and monitor the team's performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Provide support to team members in client handling, closures, and objection management.

Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
Assist in closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets.
Ensure proper follow-up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Prior experience leading a team is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
