Business Development & Store Manager

with complete responsibility for

running and growing

the store -- combining operational excellence with strong sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development & Sales Growth



Take ownership of

monthly and annual sales targets

. Develop strategies to

acquire new customers

and

increase repeat business

. Build partnerships with

wedding planners, influencers, and local luxury businesses

. Implement referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and client follow-up systems. Confidently handle

high-ticket sales

and personalised client service for discerning customers.

Marketing & Brand Building



Plan and execute

marketing campaigns

- social media, WhatsApp, in-store promotions. Oversee

Instagram presence

with engaging, brand-consistent content. Organise

events, trunk shows, and private client previews

to drive footfall. Track and report

marketing ROI

and customer acquisition performance.

Store Operations & Leadership



Oversee

daily store operations

- opening, closing, upkeep, and customer service. Manage inventory - stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention. Lead, train, and motivate the store team. Maintain

visual merchandising

and presentation to luxury standards. Prepare

weekly sales, marketing, and inventory reports

for management.

Requirements:



3+ years

of experience in retail management (jewellery/luxury retail preferred). Proven ability to

grow sales and execute marketing campaigns

. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Digital marketing familiarity (Instagram, WhatsApp, basic ad campaigns). Knowledge of

POS billing software, CRM tools, and basic Excel

. Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills.

Additional Details:



Work Schedule:

6 days a week, (with a weekly off on a sunday).

Clientele:

Walk-in customers, repeat patrons, and referred high-net-worth individuals.

Performance Measurement:

Store sales growth, new customer acquisition, customer retention, and marketing ROI.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
