Key Responsibilities included
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
Contribute to lead genaration with team collaboration.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system and spreadsheets.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/ BBA or equivalent.
Proven experience in core
Sales
or similar role (2
-3 years preferred
).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with
CRM
software and telecalling tools.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry).
Fluency in
