Job Description

We are looking for a

results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE)

with

at least 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads, pitching digital marketing services, closing deals, and contributing directly to monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Conversion & Deal Closure



Handle

high-intent inbound leads

generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website forms Independently manage the sales cycle from

first call to deal closure

Understand client business goals and recommend ROI-driven digital marketing solutions Close deals within defined timelines and pricing frameworks

Digital Marketing Services Sales



Sell core agency services including:

SEO (Local, National & E-commerce) Google Ads & Meta Ads Performance Campaigns Social Media Marketing & Management Website Design, Landing Pages & CRO Lead Generation & Funnel Management Confidently explain KPIs such as

CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversions, Traffic Growth


Client Interaction & Coordination



Conduct

sales calls, online demos, and client presentations

Handle objections related to pricing, ROI, timelines, and past bad experiences Coordinate with strategy and execution teams for smooth onboarding Support renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth

Sales Reporting & Forecasting



Maintain accurate sales data in CRM / Sheets Provide daily follow-up reports and monthly forecasts Share market insights and competitor intelligence

Mandatory Skills & RequirementsMust-Have (Non-Negotiable)



Minimum 2 years experience in a Digital Marketing Agency

Proven track record in

service sales or digital marketing sales

Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Lead Generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Preferred:



Experience selling to

SMEs, startups, and local businesses

Familiarity with CRM tools Ability to create proposals and pricing decks

Eligibility:



Education: Any Graduation / MBA (Marketing preferred)

Digital marketing certifications are a plus Candidates from IT product sales

without agency experience will not be considered
