Key Responsibilities:



Selling Services:



Develop and execute sales goals and strategies to meet business targets in the

service & hospitality sector

.

Prospect

and generate leads from potential clients within the

hospitality, travel, and service industries

.

Cold call

within the market or geographic area to build a

strong pipeline of opportunities

.

Identify potential clients

, including key decision-makers in

hotels, resorts, travel agencies

, and related businesses. Grow and leverage existing networks to approach and pitch to potential clients. Collaborate with the team to

develop tailored proposals

that address client needs and objectives in the service industry.

Participate in pricing

services tailored to client requirements in the hospitality sector.

Negotiate

effectively to close deals and overcome objections, ensuring a positive conclusion.

Client Retention:



Present new products and services to

existing clients

, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with

internal teams

to understand and address the

service-specific needs

of clients in the hospitality and service sectors. Participate in

internal and external client debriefs

to continuously improve service quality.

Business Development Planning:



Attend industry functions, such as conferences and association events, to gather feedback on

market and creative trends

in hospitality and service. Consult with

mid and senior management

on

business trends

to develop new products, services, and distribution channels. Identify new opportunities for

campaigns, services

, and distribution channels within the hospitality and service industry.

Track and forecast sales targets

, ensuring the achievement of goals. Manage and update CRM and sales systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.

Marketing Initiatives:



Assist in

brand management

efforts specific to the service and hospitality industry. Develop and execute

digital marketing initiatives

for promoting services in the industry. Work on

alliances and brand tie-ups

with other service providers or hospitality brands. Design and help in creating

marketing collaterals

(online and offline) targeting the service and hospitality sectors. Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to stay competitive in the industry.
