Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Specialist
who will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, arranging client meetings, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role is target-oriented and offers incentives based on successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for all company services
Prospect clients from healthcare, education, and real estate industries
Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and visits
Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, and service alignment
Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly follow up for closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets
Prepare basic reports on leads, meetings, and conversions
