Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Speciliest

with a strong background in the

US EdTech market

to drive growth through partnerships, client acquisition, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate understands the US education ecosystem, parent buying behavior, and school/organization partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy



Develop and execute business development strategies to expand eTutorsZone's footprint in the US market Identify new revenue opportunities across tutoring, test prep (SAT/ACT/AP), enrichment programs, and institutional partnerships Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure

Partnerships & Alliances



Build and manage relationships with schools, school districts, PTAs, nonprofits, and education-focused organizations Establish partnerships with counselors, education consultants, and community groups Explore B2B and B2B2C opportunities

Sales & Client Acquisition



Drive parent and student acquisition through outbound and inbound sales efforts Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives

Market & Competitive Analysis



Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning in the US EdTech space Provide insights to leadership to refine offerings and go-to-market strategy

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure delivery excellence Maintain CRM data and provide regular reports on pipeline, revenue, and KPIs

Pay: ?26,000.00 per month
