What you will do:

• Handle renewals for domains, hosting, servers, email services, and cloud subscriptions.

• Proactively follow up with clients via email and calls for upcoming and overdue renewals.

• Share renewal invoices, payment reminders, and follow-up communications.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Accounts) to ensure smooth renewals.

• Track renewal dates and maintain accurate client records.

• Assist clients with renewal-related queries and basic service information.

• Escalate critical or delayed renewals to seniors as required.

• Ensure timely service continuity and minimize churn.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic knowledge of email, domains, hosting, or cloud services (preferred, not mandatory).

• Willingness to learn and handle customer interactions.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools - if any).

• Ability to follow up consistently and manage timelines.
