What you will do:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable product/service solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams where required.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and convert leads into closures.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Finance & Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
  • Candidate should have 0-1year experience from customer service or sales industry.
  • Graduate from any stream (Bcom, BBA, BMS-Marketing)
  • Experience in selling Email Solutions such as Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Zoho Mail, etc.
  • Candidates with experience from industry competitors in cloud hosting, domain, or email solutions would be highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
