Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct sales meetings, product/service presentations, and demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Basic knowledge of sales processes and field sales strategies
Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
Training on products/programs will be provided by the company
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Field Sales / Business Development is an advantage
Local area knowledge of Mumbai is a plus
